Every product that ATS manufactures undergoes testing as specified by the client. As desired, we use an independent lab to test for dimensional tolerances and strength and to conduct metallurgical analyses. When appropriate, we follow standards developed by the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) and the American Petroleum Institute (API).
Consistent Quality for Large Quantities
Testing and due diligence don’t end once the prototype has been approved. Orders are routinely tested to ensure specifications, tolerances, metallurgical composition and qualities as arranged with the client’s needs.
